Impossible to get ahold of adjusters in a timely manner. Poor communication, not an easy process, so many hoops to jump through and it feels like they just want you to get so frustrated to just give up.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would! They denied my son's claim. Now I'm hiring an attorney. The staff who called my husband were so rude & disrespectful.

worst customer service ever. my agent doesnt answer phone calls and his voicemail says it is best to reach him by email. guess what? he doesnt answer emails either. 2 months without a car due to a wreck with corvels insured and i cant get an answer out of the corvel agent
