Great place to stay staff so friendly and helpful. Best place to stay for a Disney adventure
Perfect hotel close to shopping, dining, Disneyland and the Convention Center. As an added plus they serve a free hot breakfast daily.

Stay away from this hotel! They get one star because i can't give them anything lower. This by far has been my worst experience dealing with hotels. This is a fair warning of my experience so stay here at your own risk! we were in Disneyland February 16-21 and stayed at Cortona Inn,there were 6 of us.We really liked the Inn and its location .Staff was very helpful and attentive.Rooms were to our liking and always clean .We were impressed with the area and can not say enough about this little gem.The beds were yes very comfortable after a busy day and had a good nights sleep.We thought the breakfast was good and we enjoyed it every morning.Thank you for making our stay there enjoyable and if we ever have a chance to stay in another Cortona I... read more
Great location! Free breakfast is always a plus when there are 5 of us! Nice rooms. Clean and comfortable. Super comfy beds!!!
Last night we attempted to check in and the hotel had given our rooms to someone else even though we had two rooms booked with them for 4 nights. We then spent 2.5 hours looking for another hotel room with little help from them at 1 am, with almost all of the local hotels having no vacancies. We are going back today to see if we can salvage the situation and hopefully have a place to stay for the rest of our trip. The experience thus far with the hotel has been awful.
