I will never ever be back here so noisy. If your room is in below you will hear people walking and running above the room. I woke up every morning when someone using their shower above. Horrible place to stay!

I give them 1 star for bad service. My family and people go with us would never come back this place again. I had a problem but instead of resolving it they decided to make my family and I wait until manager comes yet still couldn't do anything. Erika Gomez, she is the front office manager.
nice place and very close to Disneyland
We stayed to take our girls to their first Disneyland trip. Upon arrival we discovered that despite the website stating that there was free parking it was only limited to 1 car charging us $20 a night for our second car. They promoted the art shuttle for Disneyland transport. Which we bought a three day pass for. We took it the first day then found out after waiting for 40 minutes the next day that across the street was a free shuttle lot. 1 Star Construction outside not mentioned, upcharges for parking, update of paid city bus recommendation over a free shuttle across the street and awful, hard, bunk beds n pull out beds.
My 2nd time staying here and I am very satisfied!
Customer service is horrible. Pictures are deceiving!! When we left we paid 25.00 to leave the gate and the manager said there’s was nothing they can do about it!! We will never stay there again and will not recommend this place to anyone!!!
