RecommendedRebecca Gomez is absolutely the best. She has gone above and beyond to make sure my move has gone smoothly. As a prior resident and soon to be current they have been awesome through out the entire time. Im looking forward to being a resident here again.
I only need the office when I need to pick up a package or pay my rent. As of 2/1/2018 I can only pay my rent online which has a $37 fee. Or I can pay at Walmart where I’ll wait 30min in line.But if I set recurring payments it’s free. And in the email where they made their tenants aware of this change they stated that this change is so that they can have more time to serve their tenants! Well, I wish that they would serve me by allowing me to drop of a check.
I've lived here for 3 years..staff is incredible. Apartment homes are spacious and wonderful!... I can't say enough good things.
Love the management and especially maintenance. One of the best complexes I've lived in!
Horrible customer service starting from the front office all the way up to the corporate employees at Cortland Partners.
Incompetent and unprofessional staff! Front office hires employees with little to no customer service experience. Only apartment complex who allows an employee to curse at residents with no repercussions! Don't trust the rating system! 5 stars from employees and their family/friends.
Unprofessional management and staff, will climb mountains to get you in the complex, then forget it… RUN, RUN, RUN!!!
