I've lived here for over a year. I've been calling and emailing the staff here for weeks waiting to hear back from the manager. She was going to contact Cortland and get back to me about a possible extension of my lease for 3 months. My lease has already expired and I'm now being charged the month-to-month rate, which is significantly higher. COVID-19 is not making my financial situation any better. Live here for 3 years. Amazing community. All features worked perfectly and conveniently for me and my family. Parking is awesome with available reserved parking as well. Leasing team follows up within 20 mins. Gates look exquisite and give a luxurious feeling as you enter the community. Totally recommend!
