RecommendedI have been living here since 2 years and I absolutely love this place. Th kitchen is beautiful with all the upgrades. The aleo team responded to our service requests immediately almost everytime. And the gym and pool maintainance is always on point. I would certainly recommend this for my friends.
Poor communications, many faulty parts, noisy A/C and drier! Not recommended at all!
Perfect location. The apartment was huge and the kitchen so beautiful and with more than enough storage space.
Let me start off by saying if I could give negative stars I would. We have give this apartment community and management staff numerous chances to turn things around. The worst apartment experience ever. I am totally embarrassed to say we live here and we can't even bring friends around because management doesn't do a good job in maintaining the upkeep of the apartments. !!!!!!!!!! I moved to this Apartment in July and really fell in love with my apartment as it has beautifull view from the patio on third floor. The kitchen is big and everything is brand new. I do get email notifications for parcels and any maintenance work. Also quick response from leasing office, when I ask for any repairs at home. Its a perfect home ...I would recommend to my friends. Dani is very helpful and he takes care of everything if there are any issues. The maintenance staff is good too.
I just moved into 3rd apartment in July in this community and I love it. It is fully remodeled with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It also came with a washer and dryer. I also have a garage. To be clear with anyone reading this review, I was not forced to move. They needed to remodel my old unit and I was given the choice to move to a newly remodeled unit or leave.
