I have had one problem after another living here. Faulty plumbing in the ceiling, leaky windows, poor email communication, garage door issues. Recently I have also had issues with nighttime disturbances. I have called the cops multiple times and logged many noise complaints with the office but I still get woken up once or twice a week.
Very nice upgrades coming. Nice people! Looking forward to seeing all changes.
I just moved out of this apartment and was told I would only have to pay two months of a water bill from my deposit. Well those two months came to over 113.00...seriously one hundred and thirteen dollars for water? Are you freaking kidding me? My parents live in the desert with a huge back yard and done even come close to that amount in 6 months. The water is split I'm told among the tenants within the unit. This place is awful. They've started construction with no heads up and kicked all residence out of their apartments. even before all the construction started, there was no parking. Now the only reason there is is because all the tenants are leaving. Every day there's moving vans in the lots because everyone is being kicked out of their place.
