I just wanted to say that these apartments are absolutely amazing and beautiful. The staff, specifically Patrick, has been the highlight of my experience this far! I've NEVER been sold on something before seeing it until I met him. He went over every detail and answered all my questions prior to the tour. I lived here for over 3 years. I originally signed my lease when Cortland managed the property and had a great experience. Once Windsor took over, everything went downhill. During my time here, I can count on one hand the number of times someone actually answered the phone. Leaving a voicemail for a return call seemed pointless. Based on many of the reviews, they seem very responsive when you’re signing a lease, but good luck getting ahold of anyone once you’re a resident.
