Garrett was great and professional very friendly and helpful
I've lived here for a couple of years now, since the apartments were called Cortland Lakeyard District. There has currently been all types of different bugs in the breezeways and it's been a headache. What's the point in paying for pest control every month if it's not being used towards preventative measures. Even though the current bugs haven't made it inside my unit, seeing them in the breezeways is concerning. All I want is for management to do something about it so I don't have to see these bugs when I'm leaving my apart... read more
I really wanted to like these apartments. The amenities were great, team was amazing but the area leading up to the apartment door are full of bugs and it just goes to show that they don't care how the apartments are presented. If it wasn't for that then I would consider living here.
