This was once a great place to live. Those days are gone I'm afraid. The staff is rude and unresponsive. They do not care about residents and the issues we have. They do not return phone calls. If you can get a response through email it is lackluster and rude. They send threats about fines every day almost. The trash doesn't get picked up as it should and they tell us we need to hunt down the vendor to correct it. The gate is always open. Safety is not their concern. Nice property, no real issues in 10 months I been here. Mostly quite. Have mainly only interacted with Kayla who is always super helpful & professional. Overall 9/10

Future residents: please read Kathryn and Taylor's reviews. They have actually lived here for years, so their experiences provide a much more meaningful picture of the property's decline than reviews written during the leasing process or shortly after move-in. We were heavily pressured to leave a review before we had even spent our first night here, which says a lot.
