My three year old was terrified and the staff, especially Edie and Alex, were understanding and friendly. They helped calm my daughter down and did a great job!
I went to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I was so nervous that I even cried. The wonderful assistant that helped with the procedure was amazing. She definitely calmed me down and was super supportive. Thank you awesome assistant!
My son had a great visit. He was a little nervous, but the assistants there made it easy for him. He will be returning for some more work and he is more comfortable now thanks to the doctor and staff.
My 3 granddaughters had a great visit. They love to come here. The hygienists and other staff are wonderful!
Thier greay at reschedualing appt. I habe had unexplainable pain that they r working on figuring out.like the fact they take adults and children. I would suggest them and have for the childrens care.my oldest had a bad expierence at the st. James location next time we went thay doctors eas not with kool smiles anymore.lol
Fabulous staff and entertaining front office. It's like Chucky Cheese in the lobby and EVERYONE was laughing. Never seen a Dental office have so much fun AND provide such great dental care to my family! Top notch.
I wasn't going to review, but since they keep sending me emails asking me to I guess I will give them what they want...I am unsure whether I will go back to this office. First, I didn't care how they handled my three year old. When I am holding him and saying stop, he is too upset to bother, he is on the verge of being ill, you don't push my hand away and tell me it's fine. I absolutely love coming here! My kids get to run around and there's usually a coloring station that my son greatly. There's also a ball pit, but they haven't gotten a chance to go in it so I can't speak on that. But everyone working there is just so pleasant and friendly and the environment makes it so much easier for waiting to be called. Dr. Sue was amazing with my son. However, I had an issue with the hygienist Alex. I have a child with Autism and he near yelled at him when my son got scared and started crying. I was ready to take my son and leave. Would be 5 stars if my child had been treated better.
