I had an appointment today at Kool Smiles and it was great because of Alex Rodriguez
My son went to get a couple fillings and when he say THAT needle he started to panic and cry. Instead of getting frustrated or upset they just took care of him and offers him.another way. Calmed.him.down and he was fine. He has another appointment to get the rest of his teeth fixed and he can't wait! Thanks for understanding and helping him see his teeth are important.
Today, I came to get a dental cleaning. The staff was really nice... but especially, Alex Rodriguez (hygienist). Mr. Rodriguez was gentle and careful since I have very sensitive teeth. My experience was great....
Today i went in for a clean up. And the staff did awesome especially The Hygienist Alex lRodriguez. He did my cleaning and i am so happy with his work. My teeth are looking good again, thanks sooo much Alex. :) And also thanks to Edie walters for making me feel comfortable you are such a nice person and good Dental Assistant keep up the good work guys.
I just got back form my appointment today 1/16/15 and I was extremely impressed with the new office set up and the staff but more importantly the professionalism and care the hygienist Alex Rodriguez provided for me. He was very welcoming, smooth with the tools and very informative. I was so happy and pleased with his work that I requested for him to be my hygienist for my next appointment. After taking my daughter in for a routine cleaning I was highly impressed with the staff here at Kool smiles! Everyone was great, including Edie who made me daughter feel very comfortable. Awesome job guys!
