About this business
Founded in 1947 by Frank Corti and his brother Gino Corti, Corti Brothers' mission was to expand the culinary experiences of Sacramentans by offering delicacies and wines not readily available elsewhere in the Sacramento area, thereby providing them with an appreciation for diverse cuisines. Toward this end, he sought to hire people who were interested in the products they sold. He would say, "At Corti Brothers we just don't hand people products, we also talk food with them."

This store puts a Big smile on my face every time I walk in the door. I want to try and buy everything. Never go hungry
Used to go with my grandparents when I was a kid, was thrilled to be in Sac for the weekend and shop there again. Walked in and nothing beats the smell of an Italian Delicatessen! We went to explore the Rum & Gin selections and found some new additions to our home tiki bar. The go to clean, and expansive market with a small Mom-and-Pop feel.
Fantastic customer service. I placed an order for pickup on Christmas Eve. When I got there every check out line was nearly to the back of the store. I'm guessing it was like that the entire day. Around 5:30 pm, Darrell Corti calls asking if I'm going to pickup my order because it was still at the meat department. Apparently, they duplicated my order, but Darrell Corti himself took time on the busiest day to call me because my order was still there. Now that's customer service.
This store is such a part of the history of East Sacramento and beyond. I love the ambience and the helpful, cheerful staff and the superb products of this store. Frank and Gino would be so pleased to see how all their hard work continues to be realized in the success of this store. Buon Natale, Fratelli Corti.
