Founded in 1947 by Frank Corti and his brother Gino Corti, Corti Brothers' mission was to expand the culinary experiences of Sacramentans by offering delicacies and wines not readily available elsewhere in the Sacramento area, thereby providing them with an appreciation for diverse cuisines. Toward this end, he sought to hire people who were interested in the products they sold. He would say, "At Corti Brothers we just don't hand people products, we also talk food with them."

Fair review because the Appenzeller swiss cheese I recently purchased here was well disguised as the real deal but anyone who has had Appenzeller could tell you it was a fake knock off. Hardly could believe it myself. So much disappointment, ruined my experience here.
You cannot get a better sandwich anywhere made specially for you! The price is unbelievable
