I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional conduct demonstrated by Cortes, particularly by Lisa, Kate and Anthea. Despite clear communication regarding an elderly tenant's condition, who suffers from early-onset dementia and genuine attempts to clarify payment issues, Cortes chose an aggressive and insensitive approach by issuing a Notice of Breach rather than engaging constructively. Getting NBN full fibre installed to my small strata complex was a nightmare with my previous strata management group. They would refuse to do the needed work. It's been the opposite experience with Cortes Management Group, who have gotten the process underway with very little fuss. Cortes even challenged an erroneous rejection by the NBN!
