They will rip a student off by sending numerous invoices. So if anyone wants to lease a single room from Cortes Management, please read this before you decide. I took a lease for a single room in Bentley at $250 per week, plus additional invoices. However, their invoicing practices are excessive and unreasonable. If I firt, they send one invoice. Lied to me as a tennant about water bills for over 4 years, when i finally decided to leave they tried taking my entire bond under grounds not reasonable towards me. I took them to court and won my money back for the bond and also for the water bills they had forged by editing the photo of the bill and putting extreme amounts due, obviously pocketing the extra and handing down the actual amount to the landlord.
