Literally just got off the phone with Correct Temp, didn’t catch her name but the lady who picks up the phone couldn’t help me because she didn’t understand a simple question. (Do you service Manchester nh) she seemed confused so I gave her the address and you can just tell she was annoyed speaking with me judging by her tone. Dennis and Jay worked tirelessly installing both a new furnace and A/C. Jane and I were extremely pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. They are a credit to your company.
I called Correct Temp for a no heat situation in my home responded very quickly and service technician Jeremy went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Was able to get my boiler back up and running very quickly. Thank you for the great customer service especially on a very busy day.

We had our annual heating check up today. Jeremy actually came a little early so I didn’t have to wait a long time. Listened to my concerns. Addressed them. Carefully explained what he had done and what we should look for in next year’s service. The installation and service techs have always been top notch from Correct Temp. Today was no exception.
