Had repairs done to my boiler after issues were caught during my annual service. Jeremy was prompt, polite, and thoroughly communicated the repairs that were made. When calling for questions or appointments, the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Literally just got off the phone with Correct Temp, didn’t catch her name but the lady who picks up the phone couldn’t help me because she didn’t understand a simple question. (Do you service Manchester nh) she seemed confused so I gave her the address and you can just tell she was annoyed speaking with me judging by her tone. Proceeded to tell me no we don’t or haven’t????? From what I can tell she was talking about the address maybe but she wasn’t entirely clear. Dennis and Jay worked tirelessly installing both a new furnace and A/C. Jane and I were extremely pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. They are a credit to your company.
I called Correct Temp for a no heat situation in my home responded very quickly and service technician Jeremy went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Was able to get my boiler back up and running very quickly. Thank you for the great customer service especially on a very busy day.
