Jeremy was just here. He was excellent prompt respectable and did a great job on our furnace. I would recommend him to anybody.
Charged $452 to replace a hose and plastic component. 20 minutes labor. Would not provide cost breakdown for parts and labor. And it still leaks. Yes you quoted $452. I had no reason to question until I saw that the parts consisted of a rubber hose and a plastic piece. When I called and asked for a cost of the parts you refused to provide. Very poor customer service.
We have had Correct Temp as out go-to HVAC company since purchasing our home(2019). Today we were sent a technician by the name Jeremy. This young man was meticulously and proficient. He treated the job as if he was working on his own home. The equipment he serviced was our very fragile Rinnai Tankless water heater.
