Joshua and his team have been very supportive of our family's needs while my relative was having severe challenges. Joshua is very flexible and accommodating when it comes to staffing and is able to understand a caregiver's concerns and challenges.
My mother is an octogenarian suffering from vascular dementia. We believe she is now in stage 6 of this disease. Claudia did her best but sent one hc aide that almost arrested at Giant for abuse....she sent her best aide who neglected to tell her that her car was a rental and her car was not safe...so claudia said we will Lyft ride u both and her aid was a control freak and was too good to do certain things that I preferred..too much mouth. So we agreed to terminate
