Have compassion for your ER Patients would be a great place to start. I’m told a patient was brought there yesterday and was very disrespectful to a patient. Who do we send the formal letter to? They talked around him/her and said “I bet this is a Halloween joke”, “wake up and tell us where they stick you for an IV!” What kind of mess is that? I’m appalled of the attitude they showed this patient and if they treat every patient like this or only black patients?

My husband had heart surgery done and I/we can't say anything bad. The staff in ICU, Cath Lab, 2nd floor. They were all amazingly kind..Thank you all for taking such great care of my husband💗
i will have to change review as this hospital is being under review my grandfather was at a level three of pain entering he is now at a 10 on pain level scale. will be taking appropriate measures to ensure this hospital will be reviewed as well as doctors care.
THANK YOU ALL! My wife was there in the Bay Area ICU this last week due to a stroke. The staff were OUTSTANDING and in particular, Morgan, Jackie, Randy and Jessika. Those four folks made it obvious that they love what they do. Again THANK YOU for everything you all do.
Most of my nurses were unfriendly. They also don’t work with you on paying bills. I tried to explain that my daughter has cancer and her bills are more important to pay in full than mine. I paid the minimum and they still sent my bills to collections, I don’t recommend them to anyone.
Surgery staff very nice, upkeep of hospital is terrible , surgery waiting room is filthy , small and smells awful. they need to limit family members to patient in surgery waiting room. rest need to wait elsewhere. I hope the stay is much better
