I've been here for a month now. I'm pre-term labor with, twins. Everyone here is just awesome! From the Doctors, nurses, nurse's aids, cafeteria staff to the housekeeping staff. :) thank you all!
Bay AreaDr Vasconcellos is the Absolute best doctor ive ever had. Brilliant, kind, understanding, (almost TOO ) observative, extremely attentive &superbly wonderful at his job. Swear even if i.moved id come back here for my appts. Bay area hospital is hands down the BEST in the city.just wanted to say thank you.
I have to update from my previous complaint. Although my mother waited 5 hours to get to the back and some poor soul was doubled over in pain. Once we got to the back, everyone has been great. Now we are on day 3. Most the nurses (especially Justin) have all been attentive and kind. The frustration, however is the complete lack of communication. No one seems to know who is doing what or what needs to happen....Remotely when or where a doctor might be. Patient and families are completely at the mercy of a dysfunctional organi... read more
