By far the worst experience I've ever had with an ER. Went in with a pain level of 7 and never made it past triage. I was prescribed IBUPROFEN and discharged. Only saw the PA in triage who did NOTHING for me. Apparently, by just looking at me, he knew I was totally fine. My regular doctor saw me the following day and told me to NOT TAKE IBUPROFEN....I will never return to this ER. I would drive to SA before I went here!

Really? Because when we went to the ER yesterday at Bay Area for my boyfriends chest pains and high blood pressure they gave him pills and took his blood and didn't return for hours. We were in there for three hours and finally we walked up to someone and asked them if anything was wrong with him, because if not we wanted to leave. Your staff is terrible! I have never seen so many Hipaa violations broken before! Asked for all my personal info without even closing the triage curtain then proceeded to draw my blood at the ambulance bay entrance with 4 patients laying in beds next to this pop up station! Now please tell me where the privacy is? I have pictures of the pop up station and plan to file a complaint. Absolutely disgusted and even told the nurse it was like we were cattle at Sam Kane's waiting to be slaughtered!

Er is horrible, horrible, horrible. Been here over 4 hours all but one person has been very rude to me. They told me they would be back with my CT results in 30 min and it has been an hour and a half. I told the staff from the beginning how much pain I am in and they don't seem to care of my comfort. When the nurse finally took me back to a room saying they would get some pain meds and an hour and a half no one has came to see me, not to mention I rung for a nurse they did not respond until 20min later only to hang up on my ... read more
