March 27th 2017 I stepped into the ER around 1:30 p.m. I work for one of HCA sister hospitals, as soon as I walked in Sonia the ER receptionist. She said she was just learning the ropes she has only been there 3 days I could not tell she was very professional and helpful. She helpd me right away, I was not Upfront for long.. Dr. Patricia the ER doc was very thural and prompt with me... Stephanie the RN was very professional and explained everything she was doing and going to do for me aswell.
