I should give it less than a 3 but some nurses were great. Some in need of better ppl skills and manners, they need to learn that privacy is important. I hated visit hours. Nobody follows rules of when they start or end. Securtities do not patrol hall ways nor room check after visiting hours are over. The hospital beds always have something wrong with them, the matress isnt correct one for it, the buttons work properly, or its just broken. Other than that my 2 weeks stay was ok.
This place sucks, I was in the waiting room for 11 hours. Unexcusable for an EMERGENCY room.
Innovations Grills is only place to get food, occasional items in cafeteria setup are ok. The dining room is dark, most of the time dirty, SERIOUSLY needs remodeling!! Staff for the most part is great and friendly, there is one blonde cashier to avoid, she is slow and not really courteous. The Innovations Grille is the only reason I eat herr.
My experience was good. The staff had a code x2 occur during my assessment time, but returned and cared for my health issues with good results. The staff was very caring.

I got my tubal ligation here. The nurses were friendly and made me feel comfortable. My doctor was Dr.Vega. He helped calm my nerves. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Im glad i chose this hospital for my procedure.
This is the worst hospital I have ever seen they move my mom everyday and when l was there yesterday they gave her the wrong medicine and then to day l get a call telling me they were sorry about my brothers death and l said don't have a brother my mom is there and they hanged up on me what the hell is wrong with these people.
Best hospital I've been too friendly people fast sevice.. thank u ..
