I had a mild surgery went in at 7AM & out by 11AM. Great staff, even security guy was nice. Know complaints

My grandson is in the nicu nurse's talking about baby's stinking laughing about it and going on that's hippa very rude nurses mkes me wrry why they hired ppl like that to watch over babies or my grandson and a lot of nurse's including mijas Dr. and her delivery Dr are awesome but rude nurse on 2nd floor nurse's didn't know if my daughter had actually broke her water wen she hadn't That's wut caused my grandsons complications, housekeeping never done and nicu nurse telling my daughter to let the baby lay n a dirty diaper for ... read more
My daughter has been here since June on the second floor. She has been treated with excellent care and very professional. The whole staff from doctors to nurses the cleaning crew everybody goes above and beyond. I'm very happy with the way she is been taken care of couldn't ask for anything else. ❤️We're from Laredo, Tx.
I have had plenty of times to this hospital with my brother when he is sick this is the first time that I am here for myself the nurses on the third floor are very nice and caring but one of the charge nurse that works the morning is very rude very ugly like if she does not like her job yesterday I had surgery and she was in my room with the surgeon and being very rude everybody else was very nice and caring except for her she should not be the charge nurse for the morning on the third floor
Worst ER I have ever been to. They were very unhelpful lied to me and told my the person who gave me a ride my personal medical test results without my permission. And I never was seen by a doctor.
