Concierge service was great. I delt with Gem Mendones, Hassan, Philles, Grishma and Heloisa. From booking parking to issues with the A/C in the condo. Every thing was taken care of quickly and professionaly. It is unfortunate that the A/C was not working and needed parts for repair that did not arrive before I checked out. Would have been 5 starts other wise.
