Booked an appointment here two months ahead of time. I showed up right on time and no one was at the front desk. Figured the front desk person was in the bathroom and would be back soon. I was wrong. After 5 minutes I tried calling and no one answered. I sat there for nearly THIRTY minutes before deciding to just leave, as I specifically scheduled the appointment for that time so it would fit into my schedule. What an incredibly awful, disrespectful, and unprofessional experience.

The night before my appointment they texted me and canceled the appointment. Said they would contact me to reschedule. Never beats from them so I called and got a recording to call 911 if an emergency. Could not leave message. Finally got ahold of them and they basically called me a lier. They were supposed to film a prescription did not do this. I will never go back to this doctor.

It took 45 days to get an appointment. The day before my appointment, they canceled. Later on that evening about 6pm, I received a text message stating that they will see me tomorrow for my appointment. Well which one is it? I called the office number 6 times and left several messages. No one ever answers their phone and to date they have never called me back. Very very unprofessional!!
