h1b extension is supposed to be filed at least 6 months before, so I initiated the process 6 months before, they filed it 1 month before expiration after 7-8 follow-ups, which is quite a bit of delay and it affects other things like license renewal unless you have i797 approved, apparently they don’t realize that and assume 240 day work authorization while application is pending is enough, I never faced these neglect issue with previous law firms that my employer used. Don't recommend them.

CIP has transferred my H1-B twice - to two different companies. I worked with two different set of teams. Both the transfers happened quickly and smoothly.
