They just trying to let you open more entities! Their agent doesn’t have enough knowledge with different state law at all! When we move one state to others, have us misinfo. Never contacted you, only sent bills for you. Their fee is raising every year without any explaining. Be aware of it!

This is a scam did a consultation on the phone then when they gave me the quote it was hundreds of dollars. They had a $750 service fee for the setup of an llc then a fee for the EID number which I know is free. All the charges totaled over $1600. I cant believe people choose to do business with this company.
They used to be a great company when we first started doing business but now barely answer emails or want to help which isn't good for a registered agent. Cammie has been very unhelpful, emails don't get responded and phone calls don't get returned.
