Stay away! They are the most expensive place with the worst customer service to set up an LLC. Over 400 dollars when my local company charges 125 to do it. File your own or do your own research. Plus they never want you to close it and always are shilling snake oil. I've been a customer for many years now and will not recommend one thing that they do.
They just trying to let you open more entities! Their agent doesn’t have enough knowledge with different state law at all! When we move one state to others, have us misinfo. Never contacted you, only sent bills for you. Their fee is raising every year without any explaining. Be aware of it!

This is a scam did a consultation on the phone then when they gave me the quote it was hundreds of dollars. They had a $750 service fee for the setup of an llc then a fee for the EID number which I know is free. All the charges totaled over $1600. I cant believe people choose to do business with this company.
