My son had a Heart Valve replacement surgery here about a year and a half ago. He was here for 3 weeks and the Nurses and Dr's were so great. I couldn't have asked for better care. ❤

Special Needs works closely with my son and our family to make sure all of our concerns are met. Also, they make sure that all of his different specialists are coordinated on a continuous basis.
This is absolutely the most amazing hospital I’ve ever stepped foot into! The way they cared and treated my son during and after surgery and while we were there for our stay was absolutely AMAZING, and not to mention the knowledge and respect given by all of the doctors and nurses meant so much❤️ WE absolutely cannot THANK every single person in that hospital ENOUGH!!! ❤️💙💚
They cannot get insurance right. Pre registration I gave my info. When I checked in it was wrong. I gave them the right info and it was supposedly fixed. Received my bill as it was submitted to an insurance company I do not have. I called they supposedly removed the wrong insurance and put the right one on. I will be calling Monday on my fourth attempt on getting the insurance right. I am not holding my breath
they have the best doctors n best programs any hospital could ever have
Worst Children’s Transport Ever.. go to Madison!! They do not put their patients or family first. They want the $$$$
