I've been using Corporate Accommodations every year now for about 10 years. I've never had a bad experience. I typically rent anywhere from 1 to 10 units each spring - summer season (about 3-4 months for each unit) for my team from out of state. Each unit is fully furnished, and all my team has to do is bring their personal clothing. All the comforts of home are provided- full kitchens and laundry in each unit is extremely important. I tried to secure a unit with this company via email and their Vice President of Marketing responded. There must be a shortage of normal workers because it was not what I expected from them at all. There was not even a greeting in the emails, or any helpful information other than the bare minimum and what I specifically asked for, and she confused me for another prospective tenant. For the price we were paying for the furnished apt I will begin our list 1) No reserved parking spot for the unit, not nearly enough spots for tenants to park. 2) The couch & double chair both in the LR were beyond wore out. To the point we bought mattress toppers for them! I would be embarrassed to have such furniture in my LR. Excellent communication and value for the money. It was really nice to move in to a ready made apartment, and Jean and the team made the move very easy. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for short term furnished housing.
