Trash, Garbage, and impossible people to deal with, especially Community Care. Can't even get people's name right, calling at the most inconvenient time ever, no voicemail or information regarding the call if missed, and minimum of 1+ hour wait time just to get someone on the phone. These people seriously don't care about their patients. Need to be fired ASAP.
been here over 15 times now and i can safely say that each time i’ve been, it’s a comforting and smooth experience. they never fail to make me feel taken care of and attended to.
Care has been very good while an inpatient, and outpatient. Communication to the family was a little bit lacking. Was tough to get ahold of people and get answers. Wish there was a VA hospital in central New Jersey!! Long drive and tight parking lot.
This has to be one of the best run VA's in the country. Friendly, efficient. I really like my doctor. They have great amenities.
