Every time I come here I have anxiety and leave aggravated. A lot of the staff are super rude, the cleaning staff and other employees are constantly walking around on their phones, most of the time on speaker. The cafeteria is awful. Rude employees like the one cashier and the girl who works at the short order area. The manager is very nice but I don't envy her job managing these subpar people. The parking is a joke and the VA police doesn't enforce the handicap area for vehicles over 7 or side ramps. Other than a couple goo... read more
They always mess up my pain meds at least 4 times a year they don’t send it and when I call they give me the run around. I’ve spent weeks in pain not sleeping well and hurting at work because of them. As of today I have been waiting for a refill that I called in on the 6th it’s now been 27 days no meds.
They always take such great care of me!
