Very good experience
I have been blessed to have magnificent doctors and care at the VA hospital in the city. Staff have been remarkable appointments are always on time and medicine is delivered on time as well.
Their scheduling staff is horrible. They work for a place that should care for our veterans, yet they obviously don't. Please hire better people that actually cares. They don't bother to at least do the bare minimum, which is to help make appts for those who needs to be seen. The process to simply make an appt here has proven to be the most difficult thing you could ever do.
Every time I come here I have anxiety and leave aggravated. A lot of the staff are super rude, the cleaning staff and other employees are constantly walking around on their phones, most of the time on speaker. The cafeteria is awful. Rude employees like the one cashier and the girl who works at the short order area. The manager is very nice but I don't envy her job managing these subpar people. The parking is a joke and the VA police doesn't enforce the handicap area for vehicles over 7 or side ramps. Other than a couple goo... read more
