This wellness for mental health has been a great and postive step to find this practice for me, and my family. The first visit was great! I love how theses therapist work. They valiate and are good listeners and give wise counsel and ways to cope with my CPTSD. I am grateful for their staff and everyone is genuinely kind. Thank you!
