Have used twice & very happy. They worked with us to install fall protection underneath the grass around our play structure. The kids love the bouncy feel and we get tons of compliments! The second time they fit us in for install last minute. Knowing we had two very small children with no where to go due to COVID, they came on a Sunday in 80+ degree heat and worked to install so that we could use the space right away. Highly recommend!!!
