I perfectly understand all of these 1-star reviews, but this building has some advantages as well :) Let me start with some cons. I lived in Coronado for almost 3 years. The building is old and not well-maintained. The walls of my building were uneven, like a street, and the carpets are old. The sink and toilet floor are old and have not been changed for quite a while. No matter how much you clean them, it always looks dirty.
