I perfectly understand all of these 1-star reviews, but this building has some advantages as well :) Let me start with some cons. I lived in Coronado for almost 3 years. The building is old and not well-maintained. The walls of my building were uneven, like a street, and the carpets are old. The sink and toilet floor are old and have not been changed for quite a while. No matter how much you clean them, it always looks dirty. i’m not sure what all of the negative reviews are about :( i’ve lived here for about a year and a half and it’s so much better than i’ve experienced from other places. the maintenance team is wonderful and very responsive. they have an emergency line for any issues after office hours. my apartment itself really doesn’t have issues and it’s well kept. it was spotless when i moved in. there are flaws, of course, but it’s an apartment complex in the middle of the city where it’s hard to keep things clean 24/7. there was a pest ... read more
