If there was a way to give less than a one star, this dealership definitely deserves it. This dealership is a liar. They took advantage of my niece they had her believe that the paperwork she was signing was to apply for credit, not a sales contract. When she asked for the paperwork yesterday they would not give it to her and they knew that they didn't have a complete contract because they didn't have the down payment.
