Easy to get in for oil changes and the team does a great job of updating you on maintenance items that they observe and will show you what they've found during the time under the vehicle...plus they are the 1st place that took my air filter apart as it requires unbolting a cross bar and a couple of awkward screws. No high pressure, just suggested repairs and recommendation to have service take a better look.
The service folks just saved my A$$ from being gouged on an air conditioning repair on my 2016 Dodge Charger. My A/C failed in Wichita Kansas a month ago, my wife took it to a dealer there, after a four week wait for an appointment was quoted $2200 for a compressor repair… it sounded excessive… they had marked up the compressor almost 300%, so I just had Kathy bring it up to me on a cool day… These guys did the job in two days for $980. Thank you once again Cornhusker!
I stopped in and Randy if I could get an oil change and he said they could get me in right away. He then showed me the waiting area. He came later and asked if I would like to have my tires rotated and I gave him the OK. He came to me as soon as my truck was done and then asked if there was anything he could do for me. After a very brief wait I was give my paper work and I left very satisfied with the service.
Needed a recall done on my vehicle. Got appointment within a week. Extremely nice and helpful. Offering ride home and delivered vehicle back to my house. Service was done very quickly.
Since I live an hour away, when I went in with a recall notice I expected to wait for several hours while it was done when I was given to opportunity to use a rental car to do my errands. I completed my shopping and when I returned my car was done and I was able to reuturn home much sooner than expected. Great customer service.
