All the visiting staff seem caring and nice. However there is a concerning lack of communication in the company. My mom is the patient, However they continue to call me to set up her appointments. I do not live with her and I work full time. I receive at least 1 call a day, 4 yesterday (Sunday) and continue to ask them to change the contact number as I do not make my mom's schedule. She has 5 other medical professionals she has to schedule on top of them. They wait until the morning of the visit to try and schedule. Leaving ... read more
My mom (84) had in home PT and OT services through Cornerstone; Stephen the PT and Kara the OT were both wonderful, kind, and caring with my mom.
Your staff was exceptional, helped me alot in my recovery and understood all my needs,
My husband has advanced Parkinson’s Disease with dementia and he has chronic knee pain from 2 knee replacements that never healed so he can be quite cranky. Nevaeh came on time was friendly and professional. She was wonderful with my husband and easily reported to me all significant info when I returned! If I had continued with this service I would certainly request her for our regular care!
