My 10 yr old had a procedure scheduled for 930am. We arrived ahead of time, as requested by staff, to sit there for 2 hours without being attended to at all. He wasnt taken in for prep... Vitals... Nothing at all. After an hour wait i asked staff how much longer being that my son wasnt allowed to eat or drink anything since midnight. Nurse told me about 15 min more. After another hour of waiting i kindly asked again how much longer because my son was complaining he was hungry... Its 1130 at this point... Only to be told very... read more

Very unprofessional staff, especially the admissions supervisor and admissions clerk named Rosa, they're the worst to patients. 10/10 would not recommend

OUR EXPIRIENCE WITH CORNERSTONE REGIONAL WAS AWESOME FIRST THE STAFF MADE US FEEL SO WELCOMED WITH THAT TOUCH OF CONFIDENCE THAT THEY ARE THERE TO DO THERE JOB AN VERY WELL EXECUTED IF I MAY SAY.. It took a while to register for my surgery but everyone was very nice. I don't like that it does not have a cafeteria
