Unprofessional support staff, lazy personnel at their therapy section, long wait, no relief, over billing, major attitude and wrong info from billing...frustrating. ..do not recommend
I had a total knee replacement on July 18, Dr Marquez and his staff are awesome.

April 5th, 2016. Dr. Marquez did a partial knee replacement on my right knee. Hospital top notch. At one week - golfing our par 3 course at Winter Ranch in Alamo, Tx. Week 2 - walking 3 miles a day. Today, week 3, jogged once around the track along with walking. Doing great. Thanks Dr. MARQUEZ and his team.
The doctors are wonderful. Successful back surgery. One year later back for final exam. Have new insurance and my primary doc needed to send a referral. They sent it and recieved a confirmation. The receptionist insisted she didn't receive it. Called primary doc in front of her and they confirmed again and tried to refax. An hour later I asked if I couldn't see the doc since she knew it had been sent. She refused even though she had talked to my primaries office herself.
