Worst experience of our lives! The buyer of our home used Cornerstone Mortgage of Appleton and worked with Jon Kuehn. We were supposed to close 11/27/17 but found out 11/20/17 that the date needed to be moved back. Little did we know that the next four weeks of our lives would be lived off of lies by Cornerstone and not just from the people working out of the Appleton office, also from their corporate office in California. Dealing with Tanner Agen was seriously awful. Our location was out of Appleton and the head agent was Jon Keuhn. This was our first time buying a house and I did a lot of research to see who would be the most helpful lender to work with. I really thought Cornerstone would be more helpful than they were. We pushed back our closing date multiple times because of ridiculous mistakes or just a general lack of attention to details. We were on him so much.
