I spent an hour, trying to order new cpap supplies. They kept bouncing me around to different people, and a whole different supplier company, and then back again. I was told a supervisor would call me, today, and nothing. This is ridiculous. My last order, my mask and hose didn't come, but I was charged, and told they couldn't fix it.
Hubby got sleep study towards getting new by pap machine in June 2019 , c.s. Claims that dr didn’t fax paper needed for by pap, drs office said they did. Getting copies from dr office of what they faxed and taking them to C.S. Getting to the bottom of this nonsense, cornerstone is the WORST, save your life go to MILLERS! I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMEND USING THIS COMPANY!
