Lied about the car and said they still had it when the day I had my appointment to go out there I called them to make sure they still had the car and come to find out it was sold the day before my appointment and I was supposed to receive a phone call from one of the representatives and never did and also when I called they said I didn’t have an appointment but I have confirmation that it was scheduled just very unorganized and unprofessional
I really loved the 2018 Nissan rogue and the dealer was great he gave great service and answered all of my questions and concerns. It was the manager or one of the managers who seemed really pushy on a down payment but I explained I won’t be putting money down because I had went through my credit union. The price ended up going from $13,000 to $17,000 with so many random fees which was way out of the budget. So I left cause my mother went there years prior and they did the same thing.

Ended up buying the truck and i gotta say I love it but it's sad that they didn't even put it through their service department or anything. Truck was clean but never detailed. I just miss the days when buying a vehicle through a dealer ment something. They didn't even change the oil or anything after getting it in
