Quick, easy, and straight forward.
Made an appt to look at a car, car was sold by the time I got there, no big deal. Instead of a call or text letting me know, I just showed up and was told it hold sold. They tried to talk me into other, higher priced options.
The place was a joke. In prepared, unprofessional and deceptive advertising. The only plus was a freindly young gentleman who just started working there as our salesman.
Straight forward, no bs, very easy process with no pressure. Our sales person Nathan was great and knowledgeable.

I was really hoping for a better experience here. Unfortunately, most of the staff didn’t seem very helpful or interested in assisting me. The only person who genuinely cared and tried to help was Brianna — she was so sweet and professional, and I really appreciated her effort! I was disappointed that there was no room to negotiate, especially since the car had been sitting on the lot for 72 days. In 2021, I bought a Kia Sportsge 2021. It was a good car until I got a totaled accident. I returned to this dealership as a returning-customer but the way they treated me like trash. They refused to help me to get extended warranty refund, they told me at the end of the day that the car that I would like to test drive was sold but clearly, it was still on the lot, on the CarGurus, Cars.com, or any website selling car. And be careful with the tire because they installed 4 different type of tires.
My experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. The salesman Eric O. was very gracious throughout the whole sales process. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Cargurus for placing this vehicle online. So far I love my vehicle.
