We had a horrible experience here. We set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle only to drive there and vehicle wasn’t available to test drive. Then a different vehicle was pulled up for us to test drive and salesman was extremely pushy trying to get us to buy that night a vehicle we weren’t even interested in
Was told I’d get numbers they never arrived. Then basically ignored afterwards. Had several generic emails sent to me that I responded to with no response.
Person to person was great....Great experience.... everyone was nice and friendly. Would buy again!
Loved the experience
I saw a listing posted on the app CarGurus for a Volvo XC 90. I contacted the dealership through the app and asked for an I packet with service records. The listing on CarGurus was incomplete, there was no market price or asking price or price rating, absolutely no information about pricing at all. I was contacted by three or four individuals who wanted me to come in and talk to them. None of these people ever sent me the information I asked for the I packet with service records. I like carGurus and I am ganna buy a car from them
Went to the dealership with an out the door price already negotiated. When I got there and after having me wait for a long time, another person came to tell me their general manager said he couldn't sell it at the purchase agreement price and couldn't even give me a price at the moment. Very dishonest dealership, don't waste your time here. The lack of communication is within themselves is outrageous. Car price on their website was increased 3k....and it has been sitting there for a month already
