"My mother is currently getting care at one of your facilities. The doctor and staff has done nothing but lie to us about her. They tried to tell us she was having more issues than she was. Constantly misdiagnosing her. All they wanted to do was put her in hospice care from the get go when all she needed was continued care like she was receiving at the hospital she transferred from. I have been with CornerStone since November 2015. My onboarding process has been the best experience with a job that I have encountered in my 28 years with starting a new job. Everyone has been so helpful, caring and patient with all the questions I have asked. I would never recommend the facility in Broken Arrow, OK! Most of the health care workers there were compassionate and understanding. But the ones that were not, stood out, and ruined the whole experience. I was continually awoken at 3:00 am for a bed bath. I would be sound asleep, and since I was suffering from insomnia, I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep. And the aide that was bathing me would use the soap from the hospital, that I was terribly allergic to. I had my own soap that my husband would hand it to her to use ... read more
Their place in Muskogee, OK is a wonderful place to recover from long term illness or surgery. It is clean, well taken care of. The staff (Nurse, Nurse Aids, and Doctors) are always so nice, and caring and dedicated to your well being. They are always asking if you need anything when they come into your room. Their housekeeping staff cleans your room at least once a shift or anytime you need them to clean up a mess of your making. No one complains about taking care of your needs.
