This place is horrible. Please don't send anyone there. They re Rome my husbands colar bone and he had the have surgery again! His night nurse was very hateful and when I asked her If my husband responded to her ( he was recovering from a motorcycle accident) she had no idea what that meant. REALLY!!! The staff will yell while in hallway and wake patients up! One lady that was taking care of a patient in the other room had long nails with so much dirt under them it was pathetic!!!
"My mother is currently getting care at one of your facilities. The doctor and staff has done nothing but lie to us about her. They tried to tell us she was having more issues than she was. Constantly misdiagnosing her. All they wanted to do was put her in hospice care from the get go when all she needed was continued care like she was receiving at the hospital she transferred from. I have been with CornerStone since November 2015. My onboarding process has been the best experience with a job that I have encountered in my 28 years with starting a new job. Everyone has been so helpful, caring and patient with all the questions I have asked. I would never recommend the facility in Broken Arrow, OK! Most of the health care workers there were compassionate and understanding. But the ones that were not, stood out, and ruined the whole experience. I was continually awoken at 3:00 am for a bed bath. I would be sound asleep, and since I was suffering from insomnia, I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep. And the aide that was bathing me would use the soap from the hospital, that I was terribly allergic to. I had my own soap that my husband would hand it to her to use ... read more
