they are on our PPO list but they are so busy they could not even see us till October or November would be nice if they removed themselves from the PPO list our insurance provided to find a doctor seems typical in Havasu so busy they wanted nothing to do with new patients and the receptionist could use a vacation she was obviously overwhelmed and it was hard being treated so rudely by her she was really overwhelmed and burnt out poor thing

I have been seeing Dr Elizabeth Smith-Tryon for many years, my husband also saw her. Her Nurse Nora is the best. Office is all very friendly. I would recommend this Dr and her staff.
The staff is attentive and Dr. Shirley Noronha is amazing. The parking lot is horrible though.
We see Dr. Whelan and she is so kind and caring! ❤️

They have been extremely caring & concerned about my husband’s health, I could not ask for a better Dr. , I truly believe they are on top of all his need’s ( we really need some help at this time in my husband’s life) God Bless. Leslie Brehm
I went into office on 4/19/2017 and filled out paperwork as new patient. I still have not received a call back from them to confirm a first appointment!! Why should it take so long just to process the paperwork and just schedule an appointment, even if it won't be until the Fall sometime? I've called back a couple times and still no one has scheduled me.
