Yes, dentistry procedures are just that...procedures, but the staff makes you feel at home. If I were to meet any of the staff, from the front desk to the dentists outside of the office, they would stop to say hello. Does your dentist know your family members name and ask how they are doing. The important part is they genuinely care about you as a person 1st, then as a patient. The appointment was for my 2.5 year old & it couldn't have gone smoother. This was his first visit. The staff was patient & showed him all of the tools letting him see what they did be for they used them. There was no fussing, crying, or temper tantrums. He left with a bag of goodies & a smile on his face!
The entire staff is completely professional and personal at the same time. They get the job done quickly and painlessly. They provide a service second to none! I highly recommend Cornerstone whenever I have the opportunity!
