By my third visit after just starting last year, I experienced three of the staff recognizing and greeting me by name. Their technology usage is Up to date and continuously improved, as I have already experienced improvements in filling tools and practices since last year. The dentist is smart, caring, friendly, and makes me feel comfortable during my visit. Front person was friendly, knew things about me, and knew my wife and her family. Went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of in a Positive and genuine manner. Angie the tech was awesome. Made me free totally at home and engaged. By the way, I just got home from a 5 day business trip. This was my first visit with Cornerstone and I was very impressed. The staff were all exceptional from reception to check out. Their office and examination areas are amazing and well-designed for a patients maximum comfort. My appointment was for a general examination and x-rays and I was going to need to return for a cleaning at a later date. From the time I called to inquire about making an appointment to the time I left the office after my visit, every staff member I came in contact with was professional, friendly and very informative. I had to go to Cornerstone for an emergency visit because I was unable to be seen at the dentist I currently had, and I am so happy that I am now a patient of Cornerstone Dental Associates.
