The staff is always very welcoming, from the time you enter the office until you leave. Very personable but also professional.
Waited 5 minutes before getting called back... Which was amazing and never had to wait after that... Stupendous service with a smile! What every office visit should be like!
My dental team was running behind but they apologized and made me feel good about being a priority. They are worth waiting for
I had the "pleasure" of having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed today. In my opinion the procedure went smoothly. I'm not sure if the dentists felt the same way. However all staff were very friendly and easy to speak with. They should slot of concern with keeping me as comfortable as possible. Eveeyone were professional from Teresa the receptionist to the assistant.
From Ursula at the front desk to Hayley, my hygienist, to Dr. Massey-Williams and Kelly who took care of me today to the super nice ladies who handle the financials and take care of my appointment scheduling, everyone at Cornerstone is wonderful. It is obvious that professionalism and making the patient feel comfortable are top priorities in this beautiful practice. Have been going to CDA for many years. Have never had a bad experience!!!
All went well with procedure. The only problem was with checking out. Two weeks ago my husband told the account gal that we would pay for the procedure by credit card along with whatever his charge wasfor that day. We assumed we would receive the 5% discount that was indicated on the payment form. We ultimately paid the full amount and were not happy.
I have always been a terrible dental patient due to severe anxiety. Cornerstone has gone above and beyond to help me with those fears and always make sure I'm doing well every step of the way during any procedure I am having. I relocated to the Charlotte area 7 yrs ago, but I still go to Shelby for all of my dental care! They are simply the best!!
