Great experience as usual with my dental hygienist
Having 4 widsom teeth removed @ one time is a bit much, but Dr Lutz-Craver & Stephine carried me through without any problems. There was no pain & they provided me with the carring & comfort needed to during the procdure.
Every one was great, no wait. It was a great experience as always and coming from someone who has a dread of dentists since childhood, that is great. Everyone is always so personable. And the recommdation of a gel for my husband was great and he used it from the day I brought it home!
Everyone is so great. I am always treated with kindness which helps me to relax. I am so glad I finally found the dental office I will be with for a very long time. Thanks everyone!
was dreading the procedure but it was absolutely painless. thanks for the prompt and friendly care. i still don't want anymore cavities!
My hygenist is excellent. Service is excellent. Just had a brief uncomfortable moment when checking out. One employee was obviously frustrated and rude to the receptionist. The public is hard enough to deal with, employees should treat each other with respect.
Surprisingly, I almost enjoyed getting two crowns. It didn't hurt! Dr. Kendalyn Lutz-Craver and her assistant Susan were very professional and good-humored, responsive to all my questions and concerns and kept me informed of every step they were taking, as well as what to expect in the immediate future. If it weren't for the expense, I'd do another round immediately!
