I highly recommend Marcus of Easy Clean Carpet Care (Cornerstone Construction, Inc.). He spent 5 hours on my carpets today and was exceedingly thorough. Nice guy, too, friendly and competent. A little pricey, compared to other local companies, but worth every penny, if you're looking for excellence. I thought the price was fair since Marcus spent so much time and took such great care. He restored my older carpets to look like new.

You should try someone else unless you like paying more and more as the project goes along. Took a month to get an estimate, hired subs they didn't know and job is still not done after months. They are willing to take shortcuts that don't up to code and I'm going to have to get an inspector to make sure work was done right.

They converted an unused formal dining area into an office. Overall, they did a great job and when there was a problem with the building permit ( due to a misunderstanding on the city's part ), they came back and added what the city requested.

They showed up on time, but maybe quit a little early except last day when they wanted to finish. But workmanship was very goodcrust did not rush to finish and were very good when plans did not go as expected. Which always happens with construction projects.
