Excellent services
I was seeing a provider for several years then she moved over to Cornerstone. I followed her to Cornerstone when she moved and I am glad I did. Cornerstone has done a wonderful job with customer service for me. They are on the spot with answers to my questions and concerns they are polite and caring people. I do recommend them to people I know and family.
Called as a new patient to get refills on a prescription I’ve had for over a decade. Upfront about looking for that prescription. Asked 20+ minutes of probing, VERY personal questions for “intake” only to be told 2 days later no one at the clinic prescribes those meds. I honestly feel violated by the experience. They should have been upfront rather than ask me questions I would never answer outside of a relationship with a physician who was treating me.
My therapist here is so excellent that even after moving away for four years and returning without insurance, I returned to her. Cannot recommend highly enough.
DRUG PUSHER - Went there to get our daughter into therapy and off of mental-health meds she should have never been on in the first place. In almost three years and half-dozen requests, Ms. Phifer NEVER sent her to therapy of any kind, yet the website indicates they support therapy. When I asked for therapy, Ms. Phifer just increased the meds she was on and ADDED MORE. As a result, our daughter ended up on MORE meds and STRONGER meds than she was in her entire life.
