I have her as my chiropractor and she is brilliant. She knows my body when she works on me and when i leave i feel sooooooo good i don't hurt. I also have her as my personal trainer and she is the best trainer i have had. Tough and great. She makes me feel so much better. Thank you. I feel young again

Dr. Jay and her team are absolutely amazing! They all made me feel like a person and not just a "patient"! She listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions like the professional she is! She adjusted my whole body, not just where I was hurting, and I walked out of her office feeling great! I will definitely be recommending Dr. Jay and her team!!
